The W South Beach Hotel & Residences, in Miami Beach, is a five-star, luxury condo hotel located in exciting South Beach, Florida. Recently opened, it is 19 stories high and consists of 511 studio, one- and two-bedroom units. With 300 feet of ocean frontage, the W South Beach offers private beach access and the world-famous services of Bliss Spa. The residences feature expansive glass balconies with amazing views of the ocean and every detail has been thought of from plasma televisions to iPod docking stations to top-of-the-line appliances. Peter Lawton was hired to design the kitchens in the residential units and provide production coordination to ensure that these European contemporary spaces were constructed to the exacting specifications desired by the developer.
